Ballancer®Pro sessions require clothing!
We recommend wearing lightweight long sleeve tops and non-bulky comfortable bottoms. Think yoga pants, track pants, or lightweight sweatpants. Tops and bottoms without zippers or other hardware are preferred.
It can be helpful to drink a lot before and after the session. Enjoy the session on an empty or near empty stomach. By having very little in your stomach during the massage, it will allow the Ballancer®Pro to properly drain your lymphatic system in your abdomen and lower organs.
